Kirkland is located on  Lake Washington just East of Seattle. It is a vibrant waterfront town with an unparalleled blend of water recreation, art, dining and boutique shops. 

Bellevue is a modern and growing city, the third-largest city in the Seattle area. Downtown Bellevue is currently the second largest downtown in Washington state.

Redmond, known as the "Bicycle Capital of the Northwest", is located between the Cascade mountain range and the Puget Sound at the North end of Lake Sammamish.

Sammamish is situated on the eastern shore of Lake Sammamish. Its proximity to Redmond and Bellevue however makes it an ideal spot for people who work on the Eastside.

Issaquah has experienced a phenomenal growth and popularity thanks to the easy commute along I-90 to Seattle, Bellevue, or up to Redmond. And its back yard is full of the beauty of the Northwest.

For many, the name Woodinville is synonymous with "wineries". It is accurate, but there is so much more, like distilleries and breweries, but also upscale restaurants and spas.
