Our house would not have been possible without Enrica!! She is some one who comes with excellent local knowledge, takes the time to understand the client needs and understands the process very well. I can't say enough positive things about how professional, thorough, and detailed she was, constantly keeping me updated on market conditions. I always felt she had her client's (me) interest at heart at all times. What's more she leased my ADU three times thoroughly vetting prospective renters and making sure all the "I"s were dotted and "T"s were crossed on each contract.
